About Leslie

Leslie Mulder is an organization development consultant and executive coach who helps leaders and teams clarify direction, structure their work, and build cultures where people and processes perform at their best. With a background in counseling and a master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, she brings grounded presence, systems thinking, and a deep appreciation for human complexity to every engagement.

As the founder of Turnsole, Leslie works across sectors—including small to mid-sized businesses, social enterprises, nonprofits, professional firms, universities, and faith communities—to support leadership transitions, strengthen governance, activate strategy, and foster learning cultures that align with both purpose and people.
